Data collection for registration on the Hopin platform
In respect of the General Regulation on Data Protection (GDPR), we announce that the personal data will be used only to best organize and conduct the Online Conference on the Hopin platform. Your personal data will be used only for: communication and transmission of information related to the event; creating special communication channels, online meetings or networking, etc.
Recording during the Conference
For the session registration, during the T3IMD event, we have to collect, process, and store your data electronically. The electronic recording is carried out for optimal event planning. The present case concerns the initiation and execution of the contract as a speaker or as a participant, the legal basis is Article 6 paragraph b of the GDPR. The accepted session will be published on the website t3imd.typo3.com with session title and speaker. Besides, the sessions will be presented on our social media channels Facebook and Twitter.
