Our organization is dedicated to providing a harassment-free event experience for everyone, regardless of the level of experience, gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, personal appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, age, religion, or analogous grounds or technology choice. We don’t tolerate harassment of any kind on the event participants.

Examples of unacceptable behavior by participants include: 

  • Inappropriate language or imagery is not appropriate for any scientific event, including talks, networking, or other online media. 
  • Publishing others’ private information, such as a physical or electronic address, without explicit permission.
  • Trolling, insulting/derogatory comments, and personal or political attacks.

The event participants must respect all these codes of conduct aspects or be sanctioned/expelled from the event without a refund at the discretion of the event organizers.

The Organizing Team has the right and responsibility to remove, edit, or reject comments, commits, code, wiki edits, issues, and other contributions that are not aligned to this Code of Conduct. 

Instances of abusive, harassing, or otherwise unacceptable behavior may be reported by contacting the Organizing Team on the Hopin platform or by email:
